
My Classes
HIIT Class (45 minutes)
High-Intensity Interval training aka HIIT is a full body circuit that focuses on bettering strength and endurance, plus, energy and metabolism. The circuit is revised each month to ensure that different muscles groups and skill set are being acquired eg. arms, legs, abs or rhythm, coordination, balance etc.
Stretch & Mobility Class (1 hour)
In this class, the focus is to simultaneously stretch and strengthen our muscles while improving the mobility of our joints and interconnective tissues. In simpler terms, it is harder to tear a phonebook than it is a piece of paper, we are adding to our mobility and elasticity. We achieve this through active stretching, band work, muscle group/body part isolation, and more, for instance, the focus of the week could be hip mobility.
Women & Youth Self Defense Class (1 hour)

Why I Help Others
Growing up, I often wished I had a big sibling to look after me—someone to teach, guide, and encourage me through challenges.
I want every woman and child, regardless of their background, to feel safe, seen, and secure as they take steps toward improving their physical and mental health.
